Shipping within Switzerland

Aaliechtli ships orders within Switzerland on the following terms:

  • Standard shipping: CHF 8.50
  • A-Post (priority mail): CHF 10.50
  • For orders of CHF 50.– or more, Aaliechtli ships free of charge.

Your order usually leaves our shop within a few working days of receipt of payment. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind and are checked and packed by hand. If it takes longer, we will get in touch.

Shipping abroad

Delivery abroad is possible on request. Before you order, please call us on +41 71 787 21 60 or email welcome@aaliechtli.ch. Aaliechtli will tell you the shipping costs and the expected delivery time for your country.

Packaging

We pack every order by hand, as carefully as glass and stone require, and with as little filling material as possible.

Returns

Aaliechtli wants you to be happy with your order. There is no general right of return, but if you have a question or a problem, just get in touch. As a goodwill gesture, we almost always find a solution after talking it through. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer pays the return shipping, and the refund goes back to the original payment method.

Please note: in Switzerland, unlike in the EU, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. The return option described above is a voluntary service by Aaliechtli.

Note on minerals and incense

The descriptions of stones and incense on aaliechtli.ch reflect tradition. They are not a substitute for medical advice. For hygiene reasons, opened or already used incense and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged. The same applies to made-to-order or customised one-of-a-kind pieces.
